License Agreement:

The subject of this license agreement is the computer program "Calculate Structures" ("RasKon"), designed for the calculation of translucent structures (hereinafter referred to as "CP"). The author of this program is Alexey Yurievich Kurbatsky (hereinafter referred to as "Author"). If you do not wish or cannot accept the terms of this agreement, you will not be able to use the CP at all. All copies of KP starting from version 6.98.50 (since 02.08.2006) are equipped with this license agreement. Users of earlier versions will not be able to use the updated version of KP without accepting the terms of this license agreement. For users of earlier versions this Agreement does not cancel previously agreed oral or written agreements with the user, if it is not separately specified in this Agreement.

The author grants the user a non-exclusive license to use the CP. The KP is provided on an "as is" basis. The user is solely responsible for determining the suitability of the control and the results obtained. The author assumes no responsibility for the absence of any features that the user wanted to see in this control. The author does not guarantee that all errors have been eliminated from the control. The author is not responsible for loss, damage, costs and expenses incurred by you or a third party as a result of the use of the control. In turn, the Author accepts comments about errors, inaccuracies and tries to eliminate them. You may not distribute, copy (except for copies for archival purposes), duplicate, rent, sell, loan, sublicense, modify, decompile, disassemble, disassemble or otherwise modify the CP. Any such unauthorized use will result in immediate and automatic termination of this license. The author reserves the right to change the license agreement in new versions of the KP.

Installation or use of the CP constitutes acceptance of the terms of this license agreement.

Additional terms and conditions for the use of the CP.

Every user who has ever purchased a CP can receive consultation by phone at the Technical Support Department +38 044 585-4-585. Consultation is provided exclusively during working hours (Monday through Friday from 9:00 to 18:00). Consultation is NOT PROVIDED during non-working hours.

Each user who has ever purchased the software product, can receive updates of KP (free of charge until the release of the 3-dimensional module). For this purpose it is necessary to send an e-mail to the Author (e-mail: raskon@adgroup.com.ua) with the indication of the name of the organization, the city of location of the organization, and a request to send an update.
