We have kept prices unchanged for a long time and the major price revision was in 2009. Over the years, the functionality of the RasKon software product has greatly expanded with the same price level. Most software in the world is sold on a subscription system with an annual renewal fee, following the global trends we are changing the sales model this will allow us to better develop the product and provide technical support. Also as part of the new prices we are introducing partial reconciliation/actualization of settings to a limited extent when installing profile/fittings databases. Also we introduce annual payment for support of the software product RasKon for users with permanent (perpetual) licenses for the full version of the software product. |

03.08.2017 | | Since August 1, 2017 we have canceled discounts for the full version of the program Plus with a permanent key, also canceled discounts for network seats to the full version of the program, slightly reduced discounts for dealer programs. We have kept these discounts for several years. Also the price for additional bases of profiles and fittings has been increased. We announce two new services of cloud backup of the database, it will allow for a small fee to keep several actual copies of the database in our cloud in encrypted form with observance of all conditions of confidentiality and not to worry about the loss of information in case of equipment failure or computer infection with a virus. This service is under development and will be available soon. See our price list for prices. Also 01.01.2018 we introduce an annual fee for receiving updates to the FULL version of the program with a Permanent Key at the level of $ 50 per year. For more than 20 years we released updates and did not charge for them, but keeping the product up to date, working on the introduction of new functionality, fixing bugs in the functionality and its development requires significant financial costs. The fee is introduced for all full versions of programs with a permanent key regardless of when they were purchased. When purchasing a program now includes 1 year of updates. Thus, all full programs received before 01.01.2017 to be able to update, you will need to pay a subscription to receive updates from 01.01.2018. Programs purchased after 01.01.2017 have 1 year of subscription for updates and if you want to receive fresh versions of programs you will need to renew the subscription at the end of 1 year from the date of receipt of the program. The fee for receiving updates does not apply to dealer programs, to owners of active subscription to unlimited dealer program, to full programs for rent (under the subscription system, with annual fee). Technical and consulting support that does not require program upgrades remains free of charge. If the user runs out of subscription for updates, his program remains fully functional in the latest version, which was at the time of the end of the subscription. We have tried to make the fee for receiving updates as low as possible. |

We also inform you that now all programs are sold with program keys, which means that receiving the program and the key is done by e-mail without physical delivery, which speeds up and simplifies the process of receiving the program. Electronic keys can be transferred from one computer to another as well as hardware keys independently without our participation. Dealer programs with detachable licenses "Detach" are also available, which is very convenient for manufacturers of constructions who organize a dealer network. These licenses have the following advantage: they are installed all on the computer with the full version of the program and the manufacturer can independently issue licenses to its dealers for a specified period of time, the dealer can return such a license early, but in case of "disappearance" of the dealer with the program such license is automatically returned to the manufacturer after the expiration of the specified period. Also, the prices for network workstations have been reduced.

This is a system of accounting, control of requests and bugs on our projects. It displays what is currently in work and distributes "incidents" by versions. It is also possible to see the "development plan" of projects in BugTracker. The system is open for use, if you want to create your own "incidents" (bugs or project requests) and track their fulfillment, as well as track "incidents" of other users, a simple procedure of new user registration in the system is required. User registration in BugTracker and on the forum are not related, so if you have an account on the forum, you will need to register in BugTracker regardless. Earlier bugs and wishes were discussed on the forum, as far as possible we will transfer this information to BugTracker, as the forum did not have enough functionality to support "incidents" from publication to realization. |
