Theme | 0000417: Splitting the base profile in two
Description | When composing a construction consisting of several simple structures, e.g. a French balcony, a support profile must be inserted. The connector is placed on it during assembly. If you first put the connectors, and then between them insert the base profiles, the connector will be at the full height of the dummy box and the window sill will not be inserted (the connector is wider than the base profile). If the other way around - first put the base profile, and then already connectors, it (base profile) will be too long - it is very inconvenient when installing. It is inconvenient to make a second dummy box with a height of 3 cm in order to insert the base profile there. If in the properties of the construction element - connector, set the correction of the profile length by 3 cm, then in other cases, such as balcony block - such correction is not necessary and it will be necessary to make a copy for each construction element - with correction on the length.
Steps for playback | -Create a dummy box for several constructions (French balcony), -Insert the base profile -Insert the connecting profiles -Build structures between the connecting profiles -Break the base profile into the required number of parts by the half division method.

If I understand the situation correctly, then ideally the program should automatically split the stand profile by the length of the lower part of each frame? I think this would be more convenient to use than manually dividing the "rack/rail" into the required number of parts and then setting each part to the required length manually as well. |
|
Yes, it would be much more convenient, not to click several times on the profile and move the top horizontally, but with one click to split the rack-rail according to the width of the frames. |
