I don't understand anything at all. What imports are we talking about? What is being imported? Examples of imported data? What does the error look like on the screen (screenshot)? Any information that can specify your request, because as far as I remember, the DBF import function does not exist in the program at all.

When importing orders into DBF, no error appears after the operation is completed, just the "OK" button is not active for 3-5 minutes. Pressing this button does not perform any actions

The hang occurs when "exporting material write-off to external warehouse, DBF files" from the order book, and only on Windows XP and Windows Server2003, lasts about 35 seconds, and does not depend on the number of exported orders.
If you export through the menu "service"-"export write-off to external warehouse (DBF) - there is no hang-up.
On Windows 7 the freeze does not occur.
