Theme0001692: Added command line parameter to open an order in restore mode from an archive copy.
DescriptionThe difference from the usual opening of an order from a file is that if the order already exists in the database, the program does not warn about the creation of a copy (duplicate) of the order, and when saving will write such an order on top of what is in the database. This is necessary if suddenly for any reason it is necessary to roll back the state of the existing order at some point in time and there is a copy of this order in the form of a separate file (for example, in the archive folder).
If the order is not in the database when opened in this way, the program considers it erroneously deleted and "restores" the record of this order in the database.

Syntax:
-restoreorder:55552_20180213_145732_save.zkz
